The Grossglockner Bike Challenge is a road bike race, starts in Heiligenblut and is held in 2015 for the first time. The route takes you on the world famous Grossglockner High Alpine Road in the area of the Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. The finish line is located on the Franz-Josef-Höhe - where a stage of the Giro d'Italia finished in 2011 - and offers a stunning view on the Grossglockner, the highest mountain of Austria.
